For hygienic reasons, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges on earrings for change of mind. However, if you do have any concerns, please do not hesitate to send me an email or a contact within 14 days or receiving the item.
Caring for Your Goodies
All our items are lovingly made and therefore deserve the same sort of care.
All the earring backs are high quality stainless steel however some of the findings (jump rings etc) may be made of nickel free metal. Therefore, it is important to note that perfume and water etc may tarnish/discolour the material.
While the medias I use for my items are of high-quality, be it polymer clay, wood, acrylic or resin - it can still be effected by water or perfume. It is highly recommended that you do not swim, bathe or shower with the items as water may damage them.
Some items, such as the wood items, may "weather" over time. This is perfectly normal.
Safety
Please ensure that any polymer clay items in particular are not played with by young children - chewed etc. While polymer clay is non-toxic - it is porous and breakable.
The wooden necklaces should not be used as a teething necklace.
